I haven’t put anything on my blog for months!
Why?
I’m still here. And I’m still typing on my computer, so where have I been?
I’ve been writing a book! And since I’ll need to make a platform for the book, I better start talking about it – or at least the experience of writing a book! So here goes.
When I am writing a book, I feel I’ve got no time for anything else. I don’t have time to write on a blog when I should be creating pages of my book.
This is my third book. My second book had bad timing; so I’m waiting another year to resend it to publishers as an anniversary title. The first book attempt — my children’s story — is on hold for some major revamping: it’s too big, too long.
This book, like my second book, is a prayer journal. It’s not only a journal with lots of lines on which to write. I provide a topic and meditations to guide the journaler.
Right now I’m on my 125th page of meditations from verses from Scripture, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, and a book on saints.
I hope to be finished with the majority of it by March 31, 2019.
